When designing packaging machinery and equipment, effectively layout a variety of spare parts, improve the supporting condition of parts, can alleviate the deformation of spare parts; When the mechanical parts are designed, the wall thickness of the parts should be symmetrical as much as possible, which can reduce the temperature difference during the hot working process, and then exceed the actual effect of alleviating the deformation of the parts.

After the embryo is made, and during the subsequent machining and manufacturing process, it is necessary to allocate sufficient thermal stress removal processes to reduce the residual thermal stress in the parts. In the mechanical processing and manufacturing of the automatic vacuum packaging machine, the deep processing of the initial processing is divided into two process flows, and the storage time of each period is hollow in the two process flows, which is beneficial to remove the thermal stress; In the whole process of machining and manufacturing, the processing technology standards should be preserved as far as possible and used in maintenance, which can reduce the error value caused by different standards in maintenance production and processing. In the production of engine crankshaft, if the thimble port is cut by the event process, the engine crankshaft needs to be made another pin port during maintenance, which will increase the error value. In order to better reduce the ground stress and deformation of parts after machining and manufacturing, for more critical or very complex parts, natural timeliness or artificial service aging treatment should be carried out again after deep processing. For some very fine parts, such as indexing and measurement verification institutions, multiple aging treatments should also be arranged in the middle of the finishing process.
Three, quality repair
Because the deformation of mechanical parts is inevitable, when the automatic vacuum packaging machine equipment is overhauled, it can not only check the wear of the matching surface, but also carefully check and repair the accuracy of the mutual position. To this end, when overhauling packaging machinery and equipment, reasonable maintenance standards should be formulated, and special measuring tools and special working fixtures should be designed that are simple, reliable and easy to operate.
