Working Principles
Automated bag sorting machine can be used alone in the production, and can connect with cartooning machines, packaging machines and other equipment as well to complete entire feeding-sorting-alignment process of unorganized accumulated materials from concentration to dispersion and then to sequential placement. After the unorganized accumulated materials are poured into stocker, the conveyor belt of stocker moves to transport materials to low-speed rollers. The equipment sends the materials out of the bag sorting machine one by one in sequence through the operation of low, medium, and high-speed rollers. The delivered materials, stacked in the form or order needed for packaging, enter carton packaging machine to complete the next process of packaging.

Performance features
  • Built-in design of cabinet-type transmission ensures safe operation. The external waste is easy to clean with no hygienic dead end.
  • The functional modular design facilitates maintenance, and malfunction is restricted and easy to eliminate.
  • The large-capacity stocker makes feeding easy and convenient and facilitates the connection of upstream equipment. Its multi-stage compound loading design with pressure-free bag loading make clearance completely and automatically without leaving any remaining bag.
  • All conveyor belts are centrally positioned to prevent belt deviation.
  • Six to twelve servomotors are used in sorting bags. Dedicated direct connection of servomotor ensures seamless linkage among servo kinetic energy, execution belt, and rollers to achieve precise control.
  • The bag sorting roller is driven by a servomotor with continuous noise floor gears drive. The noise is low and measured less than 70 decibels.
  • The replacement of bag sorting roller is fast and convenient by accurately locking the screws, and the roller runs smoothly with minimal jitter. All roller surfaces are anti-static and dust-free with special process.
  • Bags don’t bounce or slip from roller surface. The velocity of each bag is completely controlled and inline with that of the roller.
  • Real-time monitoring and feedback through photoelectric sensors with motion control system regulate speed at all levels rapidly. It is precisely controlled, and bag sorting speed is fast and stable with minimum rate of stacking bags.
  • Completely automated alignment through servo control and organized materials arrangement as needed through multiple servo system make entire process stable and controllable.
  • The entire process is dispersed, sequential, and stable without manual intervention.
  • Multiple bag sorting machines can be used with different combination methods for linked production depending on the production volume. The sorting process can also be done by one single machine.
  • Controlled by multi-shaft servo intelligent system, high-speed and precise, easy to operate, and high level of automation.
  • Being made of 304 stainless steel, the equipment is simple, safe and hygienic.
